Creekside Meadow Farms
CMF's philosophy is one where the well-being of the horse comes first. We are a personal private facility with a focus on rescuing horses and providing them a safe place to live out their years. This commitment is evident throughout the property with features such as year round well-manicured grass turnouts. The horses are housed in a custom-built 9-stall barn equipped with mud-free runs, a spacious grooming area, a heated wash rack, tack room, feed room and office. Additionally, the farm boasts a 100x200ft all-weather arena with lights and 60ft covered round pen, both featuring All Weather TruTex Footing for the horses’ comfort and safety.
Meet The Horses
Claire
Claire has been with the CMF family for nearly 15yrs. She enjoys helping kids and adults learn the ins and outs of horses and gain confidence while doing it. She is a kind, gentle and loving pony who is the perfect guide for someone looking to learn more about horses.
Valentine
Valentine has been with CMF for roughly 7yrs and is what we call our "pocket pony". She loves to cuddle and be close to you. She enjoys helping new friendly faces learn about horses & spending time with her herd-mates in the field. She has a gentle kind heart & loves hugs.
Liza
Liza is a mini pony who is our newest addition to the farm. We began caring for her in the Winter of 2019 & eventually adopted her in Spring of 2020. Liza has spent the last few years gaining trust & confidence in our program. She has found her place among her fellow herd-mates and is a wonderful addition to the CMF family.
